DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

I make it my priority to impart my knowledge on nutrition and the body to my clients during sessions free of charge.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS?

Although everybody is different, the good news is that a science based approach never fails. It normally takes a couple weeks or even a couple sessions to start feeling better, a month to start noticing change. Mike's transformation(featured below video in website) took just 4 months, a true example of what is possible when fully committed to my program!

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN?

I always recommend incorporating training into your daily lifestyle, so that joints remain lubricated and movement is achieved daily. The more days the better your results and overall health.
